Swan Creek Hike ~AKA~ The hike where the kids came home with ticks

Last Thursday we went to Swan creek, which is in the Gallatin Mnt. Range, on the way toward Yellowstone. Both kids got home two ticks each on their heads. Gives me the willies just thinking about it. They weren't latched on yet, but we will stay clear of the Gallatin Range until the height of tick season is over.

As you can tell, we go in the late afternoon when the sun is getting low.  Most trail head signs are really small but it is my goal to get a fam picture at the beginning of each one.

A little marshy area with ducks.

This is what most pictures end up looking like.  After 20 shots of say cheese, and look at the camera.
